    Doors open to the public. B2B meetings continue.

    Grand Défilé. 20 designers, collections 100 % bio-creation.

Closing

  • Morning

    Final masterclasses and mentoring sessions. Last B2B meetings.

  • Afternoon

    Doors open to the public. Wellbeing and culinary arts area.

  • Evening

    Closing ceremony and thanks to the participants.

Before and after

Event calendar

From site build-up to the recommended departure day.

  1. Site build-up by the organising team. Exhibitors set up their booth from 3 December.

  2. Recommended arrival in Cotonou, the day before opening.

  3. SIAM AWALÉ 2026. Open to the public, B2B meetings, Grand Défilé, masterclasses.

  4. Site teardown and recommended departure day.

Eligibility criteria

  • Eco-responsibility: exclusive use of local, natural and organic materials (Kanvô, batik, indigo).
  • Ethical trade: compliance with fair trade standards and full product traceability.
  • Relevant sector: priority given to textiles, fashion, accessories and processed "made in Benin" products, in line with the focus of this founding edition.
  • Priority groups: applications from young people, women and entrepreneurs with disabilities are particularly encouraged.

Documents required from each applicant

  • A copy of an identity document (national identity card or passport).
  • Portfolio: 3 to 5 sharp photographs of the products.
  • Company registration number, i.e. the local equivalent of the Beninese IFU.
  • For individual artists and designers: proof of activity (press links, social media, or a portfolio of previous work).
